Information we collect
We collect information provided when an owner registers, configures a business, contacts support or uses platform features. This may include name, email, telephone number, business information, customer records, estimates, invoices, services and payment status information.
Payment information
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Jaxiel Pro does not store complete payment card numbers. Stripe may collect payment and billing information under its own privacy practices.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain business records, create documents, process subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent misuse and improve platform reliability.
Business customer data
Each business controls the customer information it enters into Jaxiel Pro and is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to collect and use that information. Jaxiel Pro uses business customer data only to provide the requested platform functions and related support.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate Jaxiel Pro, such as payment, hosting, email, security and document-delivery providers, subject to appropriate protections.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Records are retained as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Your choices
You may update business and account information through Jaxiel Pro. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion may be sent to admin@jaxielpro.com. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes.
