14-day trial
Jaxiel Pro provides a 14-day trial so a business can evaluate the platform before the first regular subscription charge. The trial terms shown during checkout control the exact trial period.
Monthly subscriptions
The Professional plan renews monthly at $29.99 unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date.
Refund requests
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins. However, we will review requests involving duplicate charges, technical billing errors, unauthorized transactions or other exceptional circumstances.
How to request a review
Email admin@jaxielpro.com with the account email, charge date, amount, invoice or receipt number and a clear description of the issue. Please do not send complete card numbers or sensitive financial information.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary after a refund is issued.
Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Owners can manage their subscription through the secure Stripe Billing Portal available in Jaxiel Pro.
