1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, starting a trial or using Jaxiel Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Jaxiel Pro provides tools for business management, including customers, services, estimates, invoices, payments, reports and business settings. Features may be improved or updated over time.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trial and subscription
Jaxiel Pro offers a 14-day trial. The Professional plan is $29.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed before purchase. Subscription management, payment methods and cancellation are handled through Stripe. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period remains active until that period ends.
5. Your business records
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and use of customer information, estimates, invoices, tax rates, payment records, notes and other content entered into Jaxiel Pro. Jaxiel Pro is a software platform and does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Jaxiel Pro to violate laws, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform or submit fraudulent information.
7. Availability
We work to maintain a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, third-party services or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaxiel Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities or business interruption arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, presents a security risk, engages in fraud or fails to maintain a valid subscription after applicable notices.
